As a result of the discussions held regarding Article 31 of the National Agreement, the Employer shall provide to the Union the information and reports listed below at the frequency designated. The Union shall compensate the Postal Service for its actual costs associated with the systems, programming and production, unless specifically indicated otherwise.</br>
The information and reports shall be provided through the Office of the Vice President, Labor Relations, at the costs and frequencies listed below:

Additionally, in January of each year of this Agreement, the Postal Service shall provide the Union, at its request, with electronic communication containing the information it agreed to provide it on its membership in 2022 from the following files:

  <li>Employee Master File</li>
  <li>W 2 Information/Gross Salary File</li>
</ol>
All actual costs associated with the systems, programming and production of the information shall be borne by the Union, although the Postal Service shall make reasonable efforts to retain and reuse the computer programs used in previous years.</br></br>
Since the methods, means and types of information collected by the Postal Service are subject to change, the availability of any information or reports are dependent solely on the Postal Service's determination to keep such records.
