=== § 14.7 Local Committee Meetings === The Safety and Health Committee shall meet at least quarterly and at such other times as requested by a Committee member and approved by the Chairman in order to discuss significant problems or items. The meeting shall be on official time. Each Committee member shall submit agenda items to the Secretary at least three (3) days prior to the meeting. A member of the Medical/Health Unit will be invited to participate in the meeting of the Labor-Management Safety and Health Committee when agenda item(s) relate to the activities of the Medical/Health Unit.</br></br> No request for a Safety and Health Committee meeting shall be unreasonably denied. If the local Union Safety and Health Committee member feels a request was unreasonably denied, the matter will be referred to the Union’s Regional Office and the Employer’s Area Office Safety Manager for a determination if the Safety and Health Committee should convene prior to the quarterly meeting.
