==== MOU Purge of Warning Letters ====
The parties agree that there will be a one-time purge of Official Disciplinary Letters of Warning from the personnel folders of all employees represented by the National Postal Mail Handlers Union. To qualify to be purged, a Letter of Warning must:
<ol style="list-style-type:decimal">
<li>Have an issue date prior to the effective date of the 2022 National Agreement between the parties;</li>
<li>Have been in effect for 6 months or longer and not cited as an element of prior discipline in any subsequent disciplinary action; and</li>
<li>Not have been issued in lieu of a suspension or a removal action.</li>
</ol>
All grievances associated with discipline that is purged as a result of this Memorandum shall be withdrawn.</br>
(The preceding MOU, Purge of Warning Letters, shall apply to Mail Handler Assistant employees.)
