The stuff you spew here is utter and complete BS.
Yes, I stepped to be a 204B, not to change my career path, but to make a livable wage. It pays $1000 more a month!! You do what you gotta do to pay your mortgage. Unfortunately, I have half a brain, so it didn't last. What I brought to the table was knowledge of the contract and a human approach, given most supervisors are out of touch with the floor employees. I stopped discipline before it even happened by using my knowledge.
What I learned in the brief 3 whole months is that management sucks. I'd rather keep my nose out of asses then be a part of that. It was not only Joe's decision to allow me back. All the Stewards voted on it.
As for the 2021 settlement... any money is better than the messed up last attempt your administration made to secure a grievance. You guys showed up to the step 2 with no evidence!
In closing, I am tired of the hate and misinformation you and your groupies are spreading. You're not helping, you're promoting discord and turmoil.
