§ 11.1 Holidays Observed

The following eleven (11) days shall be considered holidays for full-time employees and part-time regular schedule employees, hereinafter referred to in this Article as "employees":

New Year's Day Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday Washington's Birthday (President’s Day) Memorial Day Juneteenth National Independence Day Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veterans' Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day

The following six (6) days shall be considered holidays for MHAs:

New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
