Section 5[edit]
Every Local Union, regardless of its numerical regular membership, shall be entitled to at least one (1) vote at a National Convention. Local Unions with more than twenty‐five (25) regular members shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each twenty‐five (25) regular members or major fraction (13/25) thereof.
