This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into on the 9th day November 1996 between the Postmaster, Portland Oregon and Local 315 of the National Postal Mail Handlers Union, A Division of the Laborers' International Union of North America, AFL-CIO, pursuant to the Local Implementation Provision of the 1994 National Agreement. It is agreed, by the Local parties, that any arbitration awards concerning our unresolved local items will be incorporated in the Local Memorandum.
