§ 12.4 Definition of a Section[edit]
The Employer and the Union shall define sections in accordance with the local implementation provision of this Agreement. Such definition will be confined to one or more of the following:
- pay location;
- by floor;
- tour;
- job within an area;
- type of work;
- by branches or stations;
- the entire installation;
- incoming;
- outgoing.
