Section 11.1 Holidays Observed[edit]
The following ten (10) days shall be considered holidays for full-time and part-time regular schedule employees, hereinafter referred to in this Article as "employees":
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday
- Washington's Birthday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day Veterans' Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
The following six (6) days shall be considered holidays for MHAs:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
