Section 1[edit]

There shall be established semi‐annual National Meetings of the National Postal Mail Handlers Union. At these meetings, the National Officers shall meet with representatives of the Local Unions. The National Officers also are encouraged to visit, when practicable, a nearby facility where Mail Handlers are employed.
