Section 7[edit]

Each member of the National Executive Board shall be entitled to one (1) vote at a National Convention and shall be accorded all of the privileges of fully‐accredited delegates, except that a Board member shall not be permitted to vote in any election of officers at the National Convention unless, during the most recent election for members of the National Executive Board, s/he was elected by secret ballot, or if unopposed, by acclamation, to serve as a member of the National Executive Board.
