Section 18[edit]

The National Executive Board shall have the power following the adoption of a resolution or a constitutional amendment by the National Convention, to make such typographical, grammatical, and punctuation corrections, rearrangements, and renumbering of articles and sections, or otherwise, including the supplying or remedying of inadvertent omissions or errors, as are necessary to carry out the spirit and intent of any resolution or amendment adopted.
